* Europe & United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
* Australia & New Zealand: 8–14 business days
* Asia & Middle East: 5–10 business days
* Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

3. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number and a link to monitor its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
While we offer free delivery, Specht & Söhne is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your package upon arrival in your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact our support team immediately at spechtsohne.io@gmail.com with your order number. We will work directly with the courier to locate your package or arrange a swift replacement.
