Our Return & Refund Policy

At Specht & Söhne, we stand behind the quality of our timepieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your watch to request a return or exchange. 

2. Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for a full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
* The watch must be unworn, undamaged, and completely free of scratches or signs of wear.
* The original protective plastics/shrink wrap on the watch case and steel bracelet must remain intact and unremoved.
* The item must be returned in its original branded box with all included warranty cards, manuals, and sizing tools.

3. Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team at spechtsohne.io@gmail.com with your order number. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions. 

4. Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (typically within 3–7 business days depending on your bank).

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your timepiece arrives damaged or has a mechanical defect right out of the box, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
